William Leong graduated in London and is a qualified FCCA (UK) with more than 18 years of China experience. Before starting his business in China, for 9 years he was the Head of China Business Department for a Big-8 Hong Kong CPA firm. For the last 18 years, he has travelled extensively all over China carrying out assignments involving wide range of services including audits, IPO due diligence, internal audits, tax advisory, investment entry advisory and corporate finance advisory.

Sonny Khoong commences his career in Internal Audit and now has 16 years of experience in accounting, administration, human resource, sales & marketing, business development and general management with regional exposure in Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai & Beijing. Sonny has spent over 10 years in Greater China, specializing in new start-ups of foreign investment into China. He is a regular public-speaker and writer on China-related topics. He is a graduate of La Trobe University in Melbourne with Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Finance and a CPA (Australia). |

Victoria Yap is a qualified MACPA with Accountancy degrees (BA and MA) gained in the USA and passed the American Institute Certified Accountant (AICPA) examinations. She has over 13 years of experience in audit, financial and commercial management in Malaysia and The People's Republic of China ("PRC" ) and about 3 years operating own business experience specialized in providing comprehensive pre-IPO financial consulting services to the China's small and medium size enterprise (SME) seeking listing in the foreign countries. Her expertises are in the audit, design and develop of company internal and management control systems and the implementation advisory of ERP systems. |

Low Kok Fei accumulated 8 years of teaching and audit experience in Malaysia before being transferred to Southern China. He started a mid-size Malaysian CPA firm's first international division in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and later Guangzhou where he handled all Hong Kong and China matters related to accounting, auditing, taxation, financial due diligence, human resource, and maintaining 200 client based. He has also given training & seminar on topics such as Accounting Standards and China Business Advisory. He possesses a string of professional qualifications, namely, Chartered Accountants (CA) and a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CPA-MICPA), a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA-ACCA), member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (ATII-CTIM) and Chartered member of Institute of Internal Auditor Malaysia (CMIIA-IIA). |

Ding Chan Zhen is a qualified auditor and a member with the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), she has also passed the national CPV examination. Ms Ding has above 40 years of working experiences in financial and public accounting firms in various parts of China. |

Glenn Carleton is a Certified Public Accountant and a member with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (non-active). Previous to joining WSP, Glenn held a variety of executive management positions in industry including CFO, Executive VP, and President. His consulting experience includes turnaround management as well at RSM McGladrey and McGladrey & Pullen LLP in the United States from 2003 to 2008 where as Director he managed one of its largest SOX compliance consulting practices. Many of the engagements he managed had international operations. Glenn graduated in accounting major at the University of Denver. At Willsonn Partners, he is responsible for the firm's SOX compliance consulting practice. |

Toby Kwan is a certified public accountant registered with Hong Kong Society of Accountants (CPA) and also a FCCA. Before establishing his own audit firm in Hong Kong and joining Willsonn Partners as an associate partner, he was working for one of the Big 8 CPA firms as an Audit Manager. He has various experiences with HK-listed companies and now with small-medium sized enterprises in auditing, merger & acquisition, taxation and formation of companies in Hong Kong. |

Additionally, she has 4 years of hands-on experience in a professional CPA firm in Malaysia and has been working in WSP Shanghai & Beijing Offices leading the Accounting & China incorporation Departments for 2 years before becoming partner-in-charge of WSP Malaysia. |
